One of the famous supper selection in JB is Lok-lok!
It consist of various steamboat style foods inclusive of meats and vegetables that are served on a skewer which then cooked in boiling water or fried.
If you want to eat it healthy, you can ask them to cook in boiling water, else by default all the food will be fried.
There are many nice lok lok stalls, some of which are just a mobile stall while a few famous ones has their own outlet and branches.
We usually frequent this 2 stalls.

5. A&W in Malaysia
You might question why A&W? Isn't this available in Singapore?
Let me explain, the A&W in Malaysia is slightly different from what Singapore's A&W has.
I love the Spicy fried chicken ! A&W in Singapore only sell the non-spicy 2 piece chicken.
It is really spicy and tastes really delicious, will always stop by to have the 2 piece spicy chicken meal in malaysia.
I'm looking forward to the day A&W Singapore introduces spicy options.

7. Ah Koong Restaurant
Address: 266, Jalan Sutera, Taman Sentosa, 80150 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim, Malaysia
This is a yong tau foo restaurant, the most popular item is their hand made fishball.
Their fishballs are made using 100% fresh fish meat with no added starch or preservatives.
Additionally, i like how they marinate the thick bee hoon with the dark soy sauce, it just tastes so good.

This popular Malaysian kopitiam has been expanding very fast and even brought its beloved classics to Singapore, serving up a delightful blend of traditional tastes and cozy vibes. It is one of the must go for Singaporean visiting Malaysia and there is always queue at the shop.
From their famously flaky Signature Egg Tarts and fluffy Polo Buns to their rich, aromatic Nanyang-style coffee brewed with a special blend of Arabica, Robusta, and Liberica beans – there's something to satisfy every craving.
Also, you can buy their 3 in 1 coffee packs and enjoy their coffee from home too!
